As team lead, I collaborated with fellow marketers to unveil a comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign. My focus was on developing a well-thought out strategy, as well as creating captivating social media content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, specifically catering to customers at the awareness and engagement stages of the funnel to enhance loyalty program conversion rates.
