I defined marketing objectives, established KPIs tailored to the non-profit’s goals, and devised effective marketing strategies. The team focused on developing customer journeys and funnels, carefully selecting channels that align with the overall objectives.
Content creation for different organic digital marketing channels was a key aspect, along with conducting comprehensive keyword research to inform the site architecture, content, and SEO of the website.
